Does the punch cut steel that is stronger than 22 gauge?
Yes, but cutting a thicker steel will cause the cutter to dull quicker and may even cause certain parts of the punch to break. The punch is warrantied to cut only up to 22 gauge steel. But, keep in mind we do have available replacement parts.

Can the punch cut a larger hole than 1-11/32''?
Only by punching out many holes to make a larger one.

Can the cutter be sharpened?
Yes
